Ana sayfa / News

Samsung is keeping its promise to bring the artificial intelligence features expected to be introduced with the next-generation Galaxy S26 series to its existing devices.

With the One UI 8.5 beta update released today, the company brings new capabilities to Galaxy S24 series and Galaxy Z Fold 7 users. This update gives the chance to experience the prominent features of the not-yet-released Galaxy S26 series right now.

The Galaxy S25 series is also similarly among the models that received these new features previously.

Among the features offered to users within the scope of the new update are Creative Studio, Call Screening, and improved Photo Assist. Additionally, a much more capable version of the Audio Eraser tool comes with this package.

Creative Studio draws attention with generative visual editing and sticker creation tools. The Call Screening feature, on the other hand, can automatically answer incoming calls and transcribe conversations into text instantly.

The significant improvements made on the Audio Eraser side now also provide support for third-party applications. Photo Assist, meanwhile, supports users’ creativity with its expanded visual editing capabilities.

Those using the One UI 8.5 beta version on their Galaxy Z Fold 7 or Galaxy S24 series devices can download the update immediately from their device’s settings. For this, it is sufficient to follow the Settings > Software update menu.

People who are currently using the One UI 8 version need to wait for the release of the stable One UI 8.5 version to be able to use these new features. With this update, Samsung aims to take the user experience to the next level.

The company is expected to bring these new features to other flagship models of the last two years, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, as well. However, it is not yet known whether the Galaxy S23 series will receive all of these features or a limited portion of them.

The technology giant continues to increase user loyalty by keeping its older models up to date. So, what do you think about Samsung’s policy of offering next-generation features to older models?
